When I was a set Omnivore I couldn't even imagine how vegans could find enough food to fill their bellies.

I'm a flexitarian (aka mostly vegetarian) who is trying to incorporate more vegan meals in my diet. The pictures in this blog will most likely be from a cell phone camera. Please don't expect much.
